Delivery information

All products are made to order. The approximate production time is one to two weeks. When the order is ready, all products are shipped from Liepaja, Latvia and can be delivered to any city in Europe and abroad. Shipping costs will be shown before paying for the order.

Within Latvia, we use the services of OMNIVA parcel terminal, but outside Latvia - Latvian postal services, which allow us to track shipments.

We carefully pack our products in environmentally-friendly packages to ensure that the shipment arrives in perfect condition.

The following guidelines and deadlines are approximate and cannot be considered a guarantee at the specified time.

Delivery time:

• Latvia: 2-7 working days (sending via Omniva parcel terminal)
• European Union countries: 7-14 working days (sending via Latvijas Pasts)
• outside the European Union: 2-4 working weeks (sending via Latvijas Pasts)

Please note that when sending products outside Europe, orders will have to go through customs control - this is not included in the approximate delivery time.
